When my mother had to move into full time care, we were unable to sell her bungalow because of very local construction of a new housing estate. After initial, less than helpful advice from another agent, on a recommendation, we approached Harrisons to provide advice in order to let the property. As an attorney for my mother, I did not want to be a landlord because of past, adverse experiences with tenants. Fortunately, Harrisons found a tenant who paid the rent up front and subsequently, the firm made my responsibilities much easier with a service at a reasonable price and with great support for me as a landlord as well as for our tenant. The firm kept me well informed and I was able to rely on their service and their help with any property problems or certificates, for examples. Nothing was too much trouble; even on a weekend when a heating pipe froze, they were there helping the tenant.
